C# is cool, C# is bad
It would be now some months that I'm flying around DotNet Technology, after having assisted in the NDC(North africa Developpers conference), I've got a push into the new Ms tech. C# is one of the most important in the core of the .NET, so I've chosen it as exploring destination, after two weeks of readings, I got a clear idea about C# and .NET factory in genral. In my modest point of view C# is great : A well done language that inherits C++ features and let's down handicaps (painfull memory managemnt) and complexicty, with new engine and .... C# is bad -says Micheal jackson- it's NOT ANSI ! many standars of C++ are let down, .Net applications binaries are in fact scripts that runs on a server (Java coffee machine), C# needs more configuration related to windows : abstraction is never more alive ! so the time when you were able to developp a class that would be used in multi-os is cut(mono project promises the revenge) ! either you Donet you app either you work with the classic means. I respect those choosing .NET and those who don't ; both got faith in their choices and behaviour. Ms is putting us in a conflict with our own believes ! Viva .NET, .NET go to hell !
