PostgreSql Windows port satus

The Postgresql is needless for presentation it's an excellent SGBD that reacts like Oracle while it's opensource, a win32 port was previously done under cygwin environnement and as you know it that's harming, unix layer is very difficult to configure and works very bad as bad as you'll let down immediatly, but a native win32 PgSql is in progress !
