IBM Thinkpad T20 under pressure

Last week, a friend brought me an IBM laptop (Thinkpad T20), the stratup password was fogotten : so the laptop is out of control, no ... don't tell try classic methods, they doesn't work with IBM security, I'm calling for help those who have encountred such problems. thanks anyway :)

Hi,
as far as I know, there's nothing you can do besides calling IBM for help. And even they have to send the thinkpad around the world to reset it.
Thinkpad's password-feature ist extremely tight.
