SPIP with full arabic support
That really relaxant to see the great french publishing system SPIP working with unicode and full documented and presented in their main site, SPIP is not a classic CMS, publishing system would hit the real mechanism of the system, it works through a model that doesn't jail creativity, in other way it's a multi-dimentional script written in PHP.
The localisation of the SPIP although great, doesn't actually attract pulishers worth this project, only two site are listed to work with, for quality project that's not enough and if ever it doesn't get real interest, the support for the arabic language could vanish wihle loosing efficiency. So this is acall to all arabic webmaster to try to take a look ! I also encourage Rundom webmaster if possible offering a SPIP journal for those intersted in arabic (like me).
