Zahrouni City : Alone in the dark

Arriving to Tunis (back from Kairouan), we’ve gone to Zahrouni where I have noticed that a gathering of poppulation were living in total darkness as the public lights were off for reasons that I ignore but never neglect, so if ever someone who can help, we will apreciate a solution for the inhabitants who nee a real aid.
