Any given sunday : Couscous the world

Last sunday, I’ve put my friend walid cooking skills out o doubts, in fact couscous is very diffucult to get and walid showed a total control of the trick and we’ve got in the end that delicious lunch with sheep meat as it would be the best part of a couscous !
