War Of The Worlds is a classic story of aliens trying to shut down humanity based H G Wells' sci-fi classic of the 1898 and was played in a radio serial but still making the box office rings with money. While Tom cruise tries to flee and hide with his two daugter and son, aliens are just getting hot with the only idea to set a barbecue with peapole from earth.

Lightning storms herald the arrival of alien monsters in Spielberg's refreshingly dark and brutal remix of H G Wells' sci-fi classic The War Of The Worlds. There is no Independence Day bombast here; everything is told through the eyes of Ray Ferrier (Tom Cruise), an ordinary man whose only concern is the safety of his children (Dakota Fanning and Justin Chatwin). As the world around them is engulfed in flames, survival may be the best they can hope for.

Even if the frighten story is a classic with at least a thousands of movies about, spielberg's notrious effect should rise the sights to the sky from where the creatures are coming to make our numbering go down ...
