It seems that through recent rumors coming out from unofficial but trustful sources that the so awaited "Sama Dubai" project fed by Dubai holding(worth 12B$) standing behind an emirate's prince is compromised or hibernated for the moment for reasons still foggy, I don't detain any official information and I wish this could be an other stupid rumor but through the time I have learned that a loudly spoken rumors are the only official news you can get where the press keep on smoking chicha and playing cards in a close by cafe.

If anybody got a clever explanation for or against this, please right down, the business is worth upgrading the Tunisian economy decades ahead, we just hope that this is happening.
